you provide us we will give you a Bath Resource price that you can purchase with or if the
description is somewhat vague we will give you an accurate allowance to help you finalize
the total cost.
 
Please give attention to the notes that are written by the product description lines. They will
help you to better understand the nuances of what we are both trying to accomplish.

* Note: Construction Material is a line item that is usually not accounted for by the homeowner.
Project materials (2x4s, pipe, adhesives, screws, drywall etc.) can be cost averaged by the
total cost of the project. In other words, if the total cost of the project is $20,000.00, expect
the material cost to be 5% - 10% of the total project, $1000.00 - $2000.00. All of those trips
to the supply houses add up fast. Last note on this is the dumpster fee. Where is all that
garbage going to go? Add another $225.00 for a small 10–yard dumpster.

Steam Unit:

*Note: A steam unit is a wonderful upgrade for your tub/shower area. On the description
line, simply tell us the dimensions of the area you want to steam and we will figure out the
rest for you. Also, we don’t want to mislead you. If you go for the steam, great, but you’ll
need to raise the shower door to the ceiling to keep the steam from escaping. Also, you’ll
need a ceiling panel to keep the steam from melting your drywall. We recommend either
tile the ceiling or use a cultured marble panel.

Bath Exhaust Fan:

*Note: We recommend a silent fan from Panasonic or Broan. On the description line let
us know if you want a fan/light combo, fan/heat combo or just a fan.


 
Medicine Cabinet / Mirror:

description of what you want to accomplish i.e. recess the med cabinet in a 24” space.
We will give you an allowance and a recommendation.

you several steps closer to your goal. After you Email this quote, it may take 3-4 days
for us to respond. Our ultimate goal is to meet with you and tighten up all the details.
